SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the Australia. Note that there may be restrictions on some out of metro areas which may incur extra shipping cost.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. When you place an order, we will display your shipping cost based on the availability of your items and the shipping weight,with the exception of Heavy Items or Large Items

HEAVY or LARGE ITEMS requires additional freight charge which will be quoted per order. eg: Bulk Orders

Extra charges will incur (by the freight company) if the following services are required:

  • Tailgate service
  • Second delivery
  • Change of address
  • Live in a remote area
  • Hand off load
  • Or failure to organise re-delivery/pickup of your order from your nearest depot within 48 hours

Please allow 10 days from time of order for goods to be shipped. All customers will be sent an email at time of dispatch. If the parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame as per the dispatch email, please contact 1300 80 40 49 as soon as possible so the parcel can be tracked.

RETURN POLICY

Please choose your products carefully as returning goods can be a costly exercise.

You may return most new, unopened items if you contact us within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you have simply changed your mind, products should be returned unused and in original undamaged packaging. All change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

How long do orders usually take?

We use Australia Post for all shipping and order time will depend on your choice between standard/express shipping, and the location in which the order is shipped to. We will provide a tracking code for all orders, otherwise please contact us orders@thealchemistlab.com.au for any additional information.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders are typically processed at 4pm each day. If there is a problem and you wish to cancel an order please use the contact form or email us directly at orders@thealchemistlab.com.au.

My discount code doesn't work

Coupon codes can be entered through the checkout process, please check to make sure the spelling and any capitalisation is correct. If you still experience any issues please contact us.

Why can't I order certain products?

Some of products are restricted as they are classed as Pharmicist Only Medicine and we will require additional information from you before they can be supplied. Please follow the prompts on any of these products and you will be contacted immediately regarding your request.
