Our Magnesia Di Salute Powder is used to help relieve indigestion and constipation. Magnesium Hydroxide can help reduce the amount of acid in the stomach and also draw water into the bowel to help relieve constipation.
What to do with me
Take morning or night mixed into 125mL of water or juice and drink while I’m still fizzing up.
Adults
Antacid – 1 level teaspoon (5g)
Laxative – 3 level teaspoons (15g)
