What to do with me

Apply a small amount of Magnesium Cream to the affected area(s) and massage gently into the skin.

Use only as directed. Do not apply heat packs over area where Magnesium Cream has been applied. Patch test first. If irritation occurs discontinue use. Do not apply to open wounds or irritated skin or with other topical products. Do not use in children under the age of 12. Wash hands with soap and water after use. Avoid contact with eyes.
